Ingredients

  • 500g of ternera (veal)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the ternera, ensuring it is evenly coated.
  4. Place the ternera on the hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your preferred doneness.
  5. Remove the ternera from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  6. Slice the ternera and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
