Ingredients
- 500g of ternera (veal)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
- Rub the mixture all over the ternera, ensuring it is evenly coated.
- Place the ternera on the hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your preferred doneness.
- Remove the ternera from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the ternera and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
