Gambas al Ajillo
A traditional Spanish tapas dish featuring garlic shrimp sautéed in olive oil with a hint of chili.

Ingredients
- 500g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté until the garlic is golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt.
- Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
