Ingredients

  • 2 scrambled eggs
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Steps

  1. Scramble the eggs in a non-stick pan over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. In a bowl, add Greek yogurt and cottage cheese, and mix well.
  3. Top the yogurt mixture with scrambled eggs.
  4. Add granola, sliced banana, and drizzle with honey on top.
  5. Sprinkle chia seeds over the finished bowl.
