Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of milk or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Steps

  1. Add the protein powder, banana, milk, and peanut butter into a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until frosty.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
