Pesto Pasta

Ingredients
- 200g pasta of choice
- 100g pesto sauce
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
- Cherry tomatoes for garnish (optional)
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Reserve a cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained pasta and pesto sauce, mixing well.
- If the pasta is too dry, add a little reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency.
- Serve the pasta in bowls, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Garnish with cherry tomatoes if desired.
