Potato's smoked salmon and hollandaise sauce

A delightful tower of golden crispy potatoes layered with rich smoked salmon and topped with creamy hollandaise sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 200g smoked salmon
  • 1 cup hollandaise sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for frying
  • Fresh dill, for garnish

Steps

  1. Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin rounds.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the potato slices until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the potatoes from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. On a plate, start stacking the ingredients: place a layer of potato, then a slice of smoked salmon, and repeat until you have a tall stack.
  5. Drizzle generously with hollandaise sauce over the top of the stack.
  6. Garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately.
