Potato's smoked salmon and hollandaise sauce
A delightful tower of golden crispy potatoes layered with rich smoked salmon and topped with creamy hollandaise sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 200g smoked salmon
- 1 cup hollandaise sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for frying
- Fresh dill, for garnish
Steps
- Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin rounds.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the potato slices until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove the potatoes from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
- On a plate, start stacking the ingredients: place a layer of potato, then a slice of smoked salmon, and repeat until you have a tall stack.
- Drizzle generously with hollandaise sauce over the top of the stack.
- Garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately.
